A focused hour of advisory conversation for leaders of Catholic institutions.
One hour of structured conversation about the question that is actually in front of you - a mission statement that is not landing, a technology decision that keeps getting deferred, a leadership team that keeps circling the same meeting without resolving it, a reorganization you are considering. We work on the specific thing you bring, with the goal of leaving you with sharper framing and a concrete next step. Conducted over video. One hour. $250.
An Hour is designed for executive directors, pastors, vicars general, foundation presidents, parish administrators, directors of stewardship, and other leaders responsible for the direction of a Catholic institution. It is less useful for personal vocational questions or general career advice - for those, the parish and spiritual direction remain the right places to start.
Before the Hour, we exchange one short email - you describe the question you want to work on, and I come prepared to engage it directly. The Hour itself is working time, not an introduction.
