The Ad Alta Assessment
Four weeks. Fixed scope, fixed fee.
An assessment of your institution across all three pillars - technology, mission, and organizational effectiveness - delivered as a written findings document and presented to whoever needs to hear it.
Weeks one and two: I review what exists - systems, data, documents, reporting - and interview six to ten people across your organization.
Weeks three and four: analysis, drafting, and delivery.
What you receive:
- A findings document of fifteen to twenty pages
- A current-state map of your systems and where constituent information actually lives
- Prioritized recommendations, sequenced by what unblocks what
- A one-page summary written to be circulated to a board or council
- A ninety-minute presentation of findings
$6,500 for a diocese, foundation, school, or apostolate.
$1,500 for a single parish, scoped proportionally.
The fee credits in full toward any engagement that begins within ninety days.

One hour with a senior advisor, for a specific question you want worked through before you commit to anything larger.

$250. The fee credits toward an assessment or an engagement if one follows.
